Thank you to everyone who attended our public exhibitions and pop-up events during June 2022. We are now reviewing the feedback received and will come back with further updates in due course. In the meantime, you can still give your feedback by clicking here.

The City of London Corporation are consulting on plans to regenerate the London Wall West site, which comprises the current home of the Museum of London and Bastion House (140-150 London Wall).

Through its development, the site provides an opportunity to create a world-class destination that attracts major businesses. In doing so, the project would help contribute to the funding required for major projects like the Museum of London’s move to West Smithfield and deliver wider cultural, community, and economic investment, as well as significant public realm improvements.

This website has been developed to allow local people and key stakeholders to stay up to date with the emerging proposals and provide the team with their feedback. You can see our updated proposals for the site detailed in the ‘Proposals’ page of this website. We have also taken the unprecedented step of releasing a Whole Life Carbon Assessment of the proposals, which you can view here.

You may have seen our early proposals at one of the public exhibitions held in December 2021 at the Barbican Centre. The project team has spent the months since then reviewing the feedback we received and further developing our plans, which are now ready to be presented in detail. We have also taken the unprecedented step of releasing a Whole Life Carbon Assessment of the proposals, which you can view here.

A fly through of the plans
